Underground Thermal Pipeline with Insulation Supports
Conventional steel casing buried underground
Various soft thermal insulation materials with superior performance are used, including but not limited to nano aerogel felt, aluminum silicate needle felt, high-temperature glass wool and other thermal insulation materials
The insulation pipe bracket independently developed by Kehua is installed inside the pipeline jacket to stabilize the working pipe at the center of the insulation structure
There are various forms of pipeline supports to meet the structural compensation characteristics of thermal pipelines
The jacket is made of spiral steel pipe or seamless steel pipe, which meets various specifications and standards such as national standards and petrochemical standards
The anti-corrosion coating of the outer steel pipe adopts advanced polyurethane polyurea composite coating or 3PE anti-corrosion structure to meet the harsh underground or underwater anti-corrosion environment
The pipeline interface can be equipped with Kehua’s unique waterproof end seal to enhance construction reliability
